Weekly Cacao Gathering

Service Description

A weekly space to connect with sacred cacao medicine, set intentions and share in circle. Through meditation, presence and community, we will come home to ourselves and each other. Each gathering will start in circle with cacao to connect inward, guided by meditation and music to arrive into presence and set intention. The space will then be opened up to a variety practices each week that will range from singing, journalling, movement or simply sharing, guided by the present moment to cultivate a container for connection, vulnerability and community.
